  • Responsible for start-up, picking up formulas, and reviewing mixing schedule
  • Leave work area in good condition during and at the end of shift
  • Ensure that all employees are aware of their responsibilities specific to food safety, legality and quality
  • Ensure ingredients are accurately scaled and put in the mixer
  • Monitor mixer system
  • Ensure dough’s are finished by the assigned times
  • Follow procedures and mixing standards
  • Keep work area clean and tidy throughout shift
  • Assist in other positions/departments when needed
  • Perform all other duties assigned



  • High school diploma or equivalentis preferred
  • Must be able to read and write English
  • Must work with speed and accuracy to keep up with the production process
  • Must be dependable and punctual
  • Be trained on operation of electric pump truck
  • GMP and Safety Awareness
